Strategic road map

This function allows us to convert the Strategy into an execution plan. It is the core of Strategic planning success. We connect the qualitative values and statements into quantitative keen procedures and plan of action without neglecting the implementation of our strategic framework within the corporate governance rules, change management mechanism, and according to our business excellence standards.

A- Mission to Mission Mapping

Utilization of the components of the mission statement to weigh all goals, objectives, tactics, and procedures; highlighted by our heritage, investment capabilities, values, qualities, and continuous improvement of our services for the highest benefits and satisfaction to our stakeholders
Establishment of the complete 8 strategic goals with equivalent ratings but with a priority level
Setting the business units objectives to achieve the strategic goals according to the Group’s Manual objectives with the required weighted rating
